SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS (Personal)

Special investigations involving sensitive matters of any nature are welcomed. When working with ARS, discretion and professionalism are invariably assured. ARS is experienced in conducting investigations involving both civil and criminal matters, regardless of the complexity of the situation. In cases involving interviews, securing witness statements, trial preparation, surveillance, and other field-related tasks, an hourly rate is charged along with necessary expenses incurred during the investigation. A retainer equal to the projected cost of investigative services is accepted by ARS prior to the commencement of such services. The client is billed for actual investigative time spent on the case with no mandatory minimum time period charged to the client.

SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS (Corporate)

ARS assists the corporate community by undertaking assignments relating to due diligence, employee integrity, the investigation of financial crimes, internal and external theft, executive protection, and all other matters of a sensitive nature. Litigation support is provided to law firms and sole practitioner attorneys preparing for trial or deciding on the merits of a case. ARS locates missing witnesses and clients, secures witness statements and other evidence, prepares detailed reports of findings, provides witness protection, if appropriate, and assists in the presentation of evidence at trial. An hourly rate is charged along with expenses incurred during the investigation. A retainer equal to the projected cost of investigative services is required. The client is billed for actual investigative time spent on the case with no mandatory minimum time period charged to the client.
